Call Clip Pipeline

Twice a day, AI sends the account team the best moments from every sales call I'm on.

One hour-long call3 moments worth forwarding
  1. 01Call recordedEvery customer call I'm on
  2. 02Best moments pickedWhere the customer reacts, or names their pain
  3. 03Clips cutTrimmed to just that moment
  4. 04FiledBy account and by call
  5. 05SharedThe account team gets a digest
From an hour-long call to a few short clips. Digests go out twice a day.
The problem

The best moment in a sales call is a prospect reacting to a workflow, or naming their pain in their own words. It sits inside an hour-long recording nobody rewatches. A clip is only worth cutting if I would forward it to that account the next day.

How it works
  1. A scheduled job polls the call recorder for every external call I'm on. A watermark means missed runs catch up.
  2. Headless Claude reads the transcript against a written rubric and returns at most 6 clips, often none.
  3. ffmpeg cuts each clip frame-accurately, with a 2-second lead-in and a 1-second tail.
  4. Clips are filed to a shared Drive folder by account and call, with an index.
  5. A Slack digest posts the picks and tags the account executives who were on the call.
  6. My keep and kill reviews become rubric exclusions. The rubric is re-read on every run.
The numbers
125clips indexed across 41 calls
18rules in the clip rubric
~95sper call, end to end
The value
  • Account teams get the moments that matter from every call, without rewatching an hour of recording.
  • Instead of watching an hour, I watch 5-8 minutes of clips. That saves about 50-55 minutes per call.
  • At roughly 10 calls a week: 10 x 50-55 minutes = about 8-9 hours a week (my estimate).
  • 125 clips from 41 calls so far.
