AutoLoom

This demo video recorded, clicked, typed and narrated itself. I didn't touch the mouse.

A finished AutoLoom clip, every click and keystroke scripted. Narration removed for this preview.
The problem

Prospects and teammates kept asking for walkthrough videos, and each one was recorded and re-recorded by hand. A sweep of three months of call notes, email and Slack found 1,129 video requests from 48 companies.

How it works
  1. Describe the video or point at a call transcript. Claude writes a scene-by-scene storyboard.
  2. I approve the storyboard. The renderer refuses to film until I do.
  3. Demo data is seeded and checked, so the screen shows exactly what the script needs.
  4. Playwright records the browser with human-paced clicks, typing, a visible cursor and spotlight rings.
  5. My cloned voice narrates. Per-character timestamps sync each click to its word, and loading waits are cut.
  6. Checks fail the render on white flashes, dead air, frozen frames or voice drift over 150ms. Then it is cataloged.
The numbers
1,129video requests from 48 companies, Jun-Sep
43finished videos so far
~28sto re-render after a narration-only change, with no re-filming
The value
  • The team can answer a video request with a polished, narrated walkthrough, without recording it by hand.
  • By my estimate, each video takes roughly 80-90% less time than making it by hand.
  • You don't need to be technical to make one. Our marketing team makes their own.
  • Each video can be customized for one prospect and sent as a personal video in cold outreach.
  • 1,129 video requests from 48 companies in three months, and 43 finished videos so far.
