GIF Studio
Animators quoted ~$10K a video. I built an AI skill that turns a slide into this in one prompt.

Animated workflow slides took custom work for every deck, and the benchmark for an animator-made video was about $10K.
- Give it the slide and walk it through what should move. With no walkthrough, it offers 2-3 starter drafts.
- It plays the beats back for a yes. I decide what it shows; it builds the animation.
- It rebuilds the slide as real HTML, with crisp text, the deck's fonts and its background, and records it frame by frame in a headless browser.
- A lint pass checks text overflow, edge clipping, contrast, the loop seam and phone-size text.
- It exports a GIF for slides, or MP4/WebM in 16:9, 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, with a public-safe mode.
- Finished work goes to a shared library, so the next build learns from it.

- We make our own animated visuals now. SEs, AEs and marketing can each make one, with no animator and no ~$10K budget line.
- An animated workflow shows the product far better than a static slide.
- One source becomes a deck GIF plus four social sizes.
