Demo Org Finder

There were about 180 demo environments, no index of what was in each, and some were built for one customer and must never be shown to another. Picking one meant guessing or asking around.

1. A read-only crawler lists every environment with its projects, item counts and connected integrations.
2. Each one gets a profile (industry, use cases, standards, demo story) and two flags: customer-specific, and not recommendable.
3. Ask the skill something like "which environment for an Azure DevOps + ISO 14971 device demo?"
4. It drops flagged environments, then matches on integrations first, then industry, standards and story.
5. It returns the top 2-3 with why they fit and which projects to open.

• A customer's private environment is never suggested for another prospect.
• 179 environments and about 147,000 items, searchable in one place.
